Hi, I’m Jocelyn!
I know that starting therapy can feel scary. Reaching out for support, opening up to someone new, and talking about the parts of your life that feel difficult or painful takes courage. I know because I’ve been there myself. Sitting on the other side of the therapy room has given me a deep appreciation for how vulnerable the process can feel, and it has also shown me just how powerful it can be.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. Life can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes downright exhausting, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and support. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership, where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
When I’m not in the therapy office, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, challenging myself in a BodyCombat class, or enjoying lunch with friends and sharing plenty of laughs. These moments help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and making space for joy.
I’m honored to do this work and would love the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and becoming the version of yourself you want to be.
